What to send us
The product listing photo or link plus the stated dimensions is usually enough for us to start.
If the item has already arrived, send us a photo of the boxes, parts or packaging too.
Online furniture quality varies a lot, so if something looks unusually flimsy, incomplete or unsuitable, we'll tell you honestly before we start.

Online furniture can be a bit of an adventure.
Some items arrive with clear instructions. Some come with instructions in Chinese. Some come with diagrams that make sense only after staring at them for 10 minutes.
We usually work from the seller listing, supplied instructions and the actual parts in front of us.
If something is missing, damaged or doesn't line up properly, we'll tell you before forcing anything together.

How much ah?
It depends on the item. A small cabinet and a full-height Taobao wardrobe obviously aren't the same job.
We quote based on:
- Size and measurements
- Complexity of the item
- Number of items
- Number of components
- Drilling or wall mounting if required
- Any special requirements
Transport is already included in our quoted price.
If your furniture comes in wooden crates, there is an additional S$10 per wooden crate for us to uncrate.
Normal cardboard packaging? No charge.
Anything outside the original quote, we tell you first.
