What information do you need to quote?

Photos of the item (a product link or screenshot works too), full measurements — typically overall length × depth/width × height, your area in Singapore, and when you'd like it done. The more detailed your measurements, the more accurate the quote will be.

Do you assemble IKEA furniture?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all the time. PAX wardrobes, MALM beds, BILLY shelves, KALLAX, desks, kitchen units — send the product name or link and we'll quote you.

Question 3

Do you assemble Taobao furniture?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Instructions in Chinese, or no instructions at all, is quite normal for us. Send photos of the item and the parts if it has already arrived.

Can you do wall drilling?

Accepted Answer

Yes — shelves, TV brackets, mirrors, racks and wardrobes that need anchoring. Let us know if it's a HDB, condo or office wall, and send a photo of the spot so we bring the right fixings.

Can you dismantle furniture and assemble it again?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Common when you're moving or renovating. Tell us the items, the old place and the new place, and the date. Do note some flat-pack items don't survive too many rebuilds — we'll tell you honestly before we start.

Do you work weekends?

Accepted Answer

Weekend and public-holiday slots are available, subject to availability. Weekends fill up faster, so message early if you have a fixed date.

Is there a transport charge?

Accepted Answer

No separate transport charge — transport is already included in the price we quote you. The only standard add-on is uncrating: $10 per wooden crate, if your item arrives in one. Normal cardboard packaging is free of charge.

What if my furniture arrives in a wooden crate?

Accepted Answer

Some Taobao and imported items come in wooden crates that have to be pried open. That's an additional $10 per wooden crate for us to uncrate. Normal cardboard packaging? No charge. We'll tell you upfront if we see a crate in your photos.

Are there any extra charges?

Accepted Answer

No hidden extras. Our quoted price already includes transport. If your furniture comes in wooden crates, uncrating is $10 per wooden crate. Normal cardboard packaging is free of charge. If anything else outside the original scope comes up, we'll let you know first.

Question 10

Do you assemble cat villas and pet homes?

Accepted Answer

Yes — cat villas, enclosed pet homes, indoor pet playhouses and similar pet furniture. These often come from Taobao with many small parts, so send photos and measurements and we'll quote you.

Can you quote from photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that's the usual way. Photos plus measurements are normally enough. If the job looks unusual we'll ask a few more questions before confirming.

Can you come today?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes, if there's a free slot. Same-day is not guaranteed, so WhatsApp us and we'll tell you straight away what's available.

I don't know what kind of furniture this is. Can I just send a picture?

Accepted Answer

Of course. You don't need to know the product name or the correct term. Send the picture and we'll tell you if we can handle it.
